Around holiday time, many people tend to slack off a little bit with their workouts. That doesn’t have to happen though! There are many many fun and diverse fitness routines that you can do help you to stay in shape during this time of year. And the great thing about it is that many of these routines can be completed in your own home. No time to head out to the gym? No problem. Don’t know what to do? We can help!
To help give you a workout “kick start,” for the next few weeks we’ll be posting a workout of the week. Each workout can be completed with minimal equipment and can be done practically anywhere (although I advise against doing them during the middle of the night in the sub 20 degree weather we’ve been having). Have fun!
This week’s workout is called Workout Gone Bad. Complete 3 sets of each exercise below, with as little rest as you need.
20 squat thrusts
30 seconds of mountain climbers
1 minute prone plank
30 sit ups
1 minute bridge
