Your kid enjoys playing sports but . . .

Getting Started with Youth Performance Training

By enrolling your child in our program, you’re not just investing in their physical performance—you’re investing in their future success, both on and off the field. Let us guide your child towards their fullest potential and help them develop the skills and confidence they need to compete.

To get started, we recommend signing up a Youth Athlete Evaluation. Then, we’ll help your kid choose a Youth Performance Training Group session to try out for free.  Or, you can skip the evaluation and just call us to sign up for a free class.

Then, you and your athlete can decide together if they want to do private personal training with a youth coach, join one of the Youth Performance Development training groups, or, like many of our our younger clients, do both!

YOUTH PERFORMANCE TRAINING GROUPS

Youth Academy Fundamentals

The FUNdamentals training group is our foundational training group for younger athletes who have less experience with physical exercise. In the FUNdamentals Group, we provide a less-structured training environment with a focus on improving a wide variety of fundamental movements and developing self-esteem. To do this, we foster a fun environment through games, structured play, competition, and positive encouragement.

Exercises for these children focus on coordination, balance, and light resistance training.

Varsity Performance
(Learn to Train)

The Learn to Train group is our intermediate training group for adolescent athletes with a moderate level of experience with physical exercise. The Learn to Train Group provides a more  structured training environment that focuses on improving both fundamental and sport-specific movement skills, while and developing self-worth and confidence. To do this, we employ a combination of fun, intentional activities.

Exercises for these adolescents focus on balance, jumping/ landing/running technique, and moderate resistance training, with an emphasis on core strengthening.

D1 Performance
(Train to Perform)

The Train to Perform Group is our advanced training group for teenagers with an advanced level of experience with physical exercise. The Train to Perform Group provides a highly structured training environment that focuses on improving the movements and psychological skills required for success in competitive sports. To do this, we take teens through systematic sports progressions.

Exercise sessions for these teens are all-encompassing and include mobility, stability, speed/agility, power, and strength.
