Bella’s background in collegiate athletics, particularly as a former goalie for Marquette University Women’s Lacrosse, has instilled in her a deep understanding of athlete mentality and the physical and mental challenges they face.

Bella’s passion lies in empowering athletes of all ages, nurturing their love for sport while having fun. Outside of training, Bella enjoys powerlifting, transitioning recently to bodybuilding with aspirations to compete in 2025.
