Nestor’s Morning Power Smoothie (Serves 2):
1 cup vanilla soy milk (or almond milk)
1 cup plain low-/non-fat yogurt
1 banana
1 cup frozen mixed fruit (your choice; I like Dole fruit medley with peaches, pineapple, strawberries, mango, and grapes)
1/2 cup fruit juice (your choice; I like mango/passion fruit)
2 scoops vanilla soy protein powder (can use whey if you prefer)
2 tbsp ground flax seed
Blend. Serve. Dominate.
