EMPOWER’s Workout of the Week: Total Body Burner

In this weeks video Angelo takes you through the exercises demonstrating proper form,

he also gives suggested modifications if you need a more/less intense version of any of the exercises!

EMPOWER Total Body Burner: 

45 seconds of Jump Rope Before and After Each Exercise

 

1)              Push-Up (10-30 reps)

 

2)           Squat (15-30 reps)

 

3)           TRX Row (10-20 reps)

 

4)           Backward Lunge (8-12 each leg)

 

5)           Push-Press (10- 20 reps)

 

6)           TRX Rip Trainer Torso Swing (10-20 each side)

 

7)           Supine Bicycle (10-30 reps each leg)

 

Repeat this circuit 1-3 times!

Remember to listen to your body and modify this workout, using Angelo’s suggestions, to make it work for you.  Have fun!
