Our small group classes offer something no franchise fitness studio promises–personalization. Led by our professional personal trainers, our class size is capped at only 5 participants, which means our trainers can make sure that you’re getting the workout that you need, which is a great way of getting the benefit of personal training at a much lower cost. These small classes offer an energizing way to share and inspire motivation.

JARBarre Yoga Barre Fusion
Yoga-Barre Fusion is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. You’ll do classic ballet plies, alongside yoga flow movements and dumbbell exercises, which all add up to longer, stronger muscles. This is a great workout for your core, thighs and glutes.
This is an all-levels class (with modifications available for individuals).

FUNctional Strength, Mobility, and Stretch
Let’s Have FUN!
This full body strength class focuses on adding challenges to functional movements to help keep you active and confident in your daily life. You will learn how to increase and maintain body control through a full range of motion in your spine and other major joints.
This is an all-levels class (with modifications available for individuals).

TRX Strength Stability, and Balance
In this full body strength workout you will learn to stabilize your torso (shoulders to pelvis) using TRX suspension exercises and other modalities such as BOSUs, gliders, and medicine balls. This is a fun interval-style class that will improve your balance, total body strength, and mobility so you can move through your day feeling strong, confident, and full of energy.
This is an all-levels class (with modifications available for individuals).
