Amanda Moffatt



Amanda has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. Throughout her personal training career she has had experience working with clients who simply want to stay strong and healthy as well as clients with a range of health concerns.

She also has a special talent (and great energy) for leading group fitness classes and has  taught classes like water aerobics, cycling, step, strength, balance and core, yoga and mat Pilates to a variety of people ages 18 to 80. Her class participants come regularly and often recommend her to others. Amanda empowers clients through her well rounded, full body workouts.

Amanda received her Bachelors degree from UNC- Chapel Hill and is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a certified mat Pilates and Yoga through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.

When Amanda is not helping others become fit and healthy, she enjoys her own yoga practice, cooking , seeing live music, sitting by the water (any type really),  and field trips with her daughter.
