Kyle McGovern



Kyle holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. He’s certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA and as an Exercise Physiologist by the ACSM. Originally from New York, he attended East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania.

With experience spanning Functional Training Studios, Rehabilitation Clinics, and Sports Performance Centers, Kyle views exercise as essential for empowerment and improving quality of life. He’s worked with diverse clients, including young athletes, active adults, beginners, individuals rehabbing injuries, and those with chronic conditions like diabetes.

Fascinated by human performance, Kyle approaches his role as a coach and educator, empowering through mutual learning with his clients. Though new to North Carolina, he remains active through weightlifting and enjoys spending time with friends and family. An avid sports fan, Kyle also boasts 15 years of Martial Arts training, having competed nationally and achieving a second-degree black belt.
