CROSS and CORE for Runner’s Training Package includes:
1-60 minute Sport Specific Movement Assessment – meet one on one with your private personal trainer to discover what specific muscle imbalances and movement pattern dysfunctions may be limiting your running efficiency or increasing your risk for injuries such as IT Band Syndrome, Runner’s Knee, Achilles Tendonitis, and/or Plantar Fasciitis.
4-30 minute private personal training sessions – during these individual training sessions your trainer will explain what specific areas you should address and teach you specific exercises to correct muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns that are keeping you from running at your best. These sessions will also include a total body and core strengthening routine.
Personalized cross and core training plan to take with you – upon completing your individual sessions, your trainer will email your detailed CROSS and CORE training program so you can continue to build strength, balance and running efficiency so you can run FASTER, STRONGER, and HEALTHIER.
