Fitness Classes in our Durham Gym

Empower’s small group fitness classes are perfect for those who enjoy the camaraderie and social aspect of working out with others. Choose from a variety of classes such as High Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, Cycling, Barre, Strength Training, Yoga and Restore Your Core. Classes are open to all levels and will be scaled up and down according to your fitness level. Pre-registration is suggested as class size is limited and can fill up quickly. Your first class is FREE!
