Cross and Core for Runners

Learn about specific muscle imbalances and movement pattern dysfunctions that may be limiting your running efficiency or increasing your risk for injuries such as IT Band Syndrome, Runner’s Knee, Achilles Tendonitis, and/or Plantar Fasciitis PLUS, discover specific exercises to help correct these faulty imbalances and movement patterns that are keeping you from running at your best.

Nutrition for Runners

For runners, the type and timing of fuel are critical in going the distance. In this lecture, we will discuss the right fuel at the right time for race day (before and during) and recovery. Learn about ensuring adequate hydration, when to use sports drinks, training with your nutrition plan, and practical recommendations for creating a personalized plan.

Yoga for Runners

Strengthen and lengthen your leg muscles, improve flexibility and prevent injury with these yoga poses and sequences for runners. Perfect way to end our workshop!
