Paul is a life-long athlete with a passion for health and fitness. This passion lead him to pursue a degree in Sports Management, but it wasn’t until he was sidelined with a series of ailments and injuries himself that he realized just how important flexibility training, mobility work and an ongoing self-care regimen is to an overall health and fitness program.
Since that time Paul has immersed himself in self-study and further training about the importance of routine self-care, and he is excited to share his knowledge with his clients. Paul views training as a partnership and collaborative effort, and he is a big believer in giving his clients the proper tools and empowering them to reach their individualized goals.
Paul received his Bachelor’s degree from Elon University, and he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
In his free time Paul soaks up everything related to health and fitness – planning his own workouts, learning about proper nutrition and trying new healthy recipes. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports and cheering on his Philadelphia Eagles.
