With a traditional training from India, Paige creates the space for students to experience both Eastern & Western yoga styles. At the heart of all her classes is an emphasis on gratitude & mindfulness, working to integrate the lessons of yoga-practice into life-practice.
Paige utilizes yoga as a process of self-realization focusing not just on one ailment, but the condition of body and brain holistically. She often coaches one-on-one to put the power of transformation into the individual’s hands. Her intention is to inspire others towards empowerment and following their own bliss. Paige has taught and studied Yoga all over the world. She is certified as a 200-hr Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist and Reiki Master. When she’s not practicing yoga she’s usually curled up with an herbal tea plotting her next adventure.
