Group Fitness Instructor
Liz Hurley is a Durham native and graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill where she earned her bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science. While at Carolina, Liz became a certified group fitness instructor through ACE. She is now a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through NSCA and holds separate certifications in TRX, Pilates, and Cycling. Some of her favorite classes to teach include Cycling, TRX, Kettlebell, Kickboxing and Circuit/HIIT style classes. Liz has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 5 years. In May of 2016 she graduated from Meredith College with her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and is currently completing a dietetic internship to become a Registered Dietitian. When she is not working, Liz enjoys running on the Raleigh Greenway, playing with her Goldendoodle, Boone, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
