1) What are your training goals?
My main goals are to stay strong, fit and healthy. I train to be better at everything I do in life. Especially my job. I am a big believer in practicing what you preach. I feel it is a professional obligation for me to stay in shape. I love exercise, so it is easy for me.
2) How often do you train (times per week & time per session)
I train 5-6 days a week for 1-2 hours a day.
3) What do you do during your training?I split this time between cardio work such as running, swimming, elliptical, ect…..and strength training focused on becoming stronger and staying injury free.I also play golf, basketball, soccer, tennis and softball in my spare time.
