Good morning everybody. How did you all enjoy last week’s workout? Here’s a new one for you to try out. All you need for this workout is a set of dumbbells. 10’s, 15’s, or 20+ will do. Just make sure you challenge yourself!
FIVE ALIVE (remember the old OJ drink??)
Complete five sets of each of the 5 exercises listed below. As you can see, for each exercise the repetitions increase by 5.
5 inchworms (you can make this one harder by adding a push up to the end of the move)
10 burpees (clap at the top of the jump)
15 sumo squats (point the toes outward, push through the heels and keep them on the floor)
20 plank rows (nice wide stance, and try not to rock from side to side)
25 bicycle crunches (one full revolution counts as 1 rep)
