Of all the incentive programs we offer at Empower nothing gets me fired up quite like the Decathlon Challenge. We have ten events designed to challenge your ability in five different areas of fitness:
Agility- Dynamax ball slam relay and medicine ball shuttle chase for time
Strength- Dumbbell farmers walk with half your body weight for laps and a sled drive with a percentage of your body weight for time.
Isometric strength- Prone plank and slosh pipe hold for max time
Muscular endurance- Max push-ups and supine rows in 90 seconds
Cardiorespiratory endurance- Two mile stationary bike ride and 1000m row for time
Compete against other Empower clients or use these exercises as a barometer of your physical fitness level and try to beat your times. Even better, post a better time than your trainer and talk some trash!
Enrollment is just $35 which covers membership at Empower for the month of October along with a t-shirt.
